The services that we offer

Although our key service is the progression of mortgage and protection applications from submission to completion, we understand that all mortgage advisers are different and can tailor our service to suit your individual requirements.

Case progression

  • We will chase each application at least once each week, unless the circumstances demand an increase or decrease in chasing.
  • After each case involvement, extensive notes are taken and written to a standard that provides sufficient information on the progress being made on the case, whilst being clear to all parties, as well as advising of the following steps to be taken.
  • All chasing notes will be added to the company CRM system and a second system of the advisers choosing, such as their mortgage network system.
  • Any emails relating to an ongoing application and received before 2.30pm will be actioned on the same working day.
  • All supporting documents required to be sent to a lender or provider will be sent within 4 working hours of notification.
Accounting
  • Any incoming commissions and payments received will be paid to the appropriate party by close of business on the last working day of the week received.
  • Any received invoices will be paid on the first Monday or Thursday following receipt.
  • Any outstanding over-due commission payments will be chased once each week with the relevant party until received.
  • A full breakdown of income and expenditure for the month previous provided within the first working week of the following month.
Ancillary
  • All enquiries received by phone or email will be responded to by close of business on the same working day, even if it is just to acknowledge receipt and provide a turnaround time for further action.
  • All incoming post to be scanned across on the same working day of receipt.
  • Manned telephone services between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Monitoring of ongoing pipelines and general case management and data entry.
  • A friendly and reliable team to support your workload and enhance your service.
